An anointed, spirit-filled, and gifted woman of God, Dr.. Felicia Y. R. Powell is the First Lady of the New Dimensions Tabernacle. A native of Norfolk, Virginia, she served six years in the United States Air Force and met her husband, Pastor Cory S. Powell, while stationed in Lubbock.
First Lady Powell earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from
Texas
Tech
University. Additionally, she graduated with her Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy in December 2008. Dedicated to the restoration and strengthening of families, her clinical interests include couples, relational issues, parent/adolescent relationships, sexual abuse and spiritual development.
First Lady Powell faithfully served as Co-Youth and Children's Ministry Director alongside her husband for eight years prior to their founding the New Dimensions Tabernacle in 2003. She lends her service and talents to various areas within the ministry. She is a great example of the grace of God and role model to other women who desire to fulfill their divine purposes.
First Lady Pastor Powell and Pastor Powell are the proud parents of one son, Cory Sherard, II and one daughter, Camille Yvonne.
